The TV broadcast submitted by Rukundo Emmanuel from Isango Star which had already won the School Support to Reading category, competed with other TV productions in all categories and again stood out as the Outstanding TV broadcast. The TV broadcast presented regular reading as a solution to the existing challenge of illiteracy for many children, which can lead to failing school. The story was well narrated and maintained its focus as a clear call to action to giving children at least 15 minutes to read every day.
