Linda Mbabazi’s article published in The New Times e-paper won the Outstanding Newspaper category. The article, “Out of School? Keep Them Reading, Writing” was well narrated with evidence and a clear call to action, calling parents and schools to give children 15 minutes to read books every day, and showing the impact this will have on children if practiced.
